Arrive at the harbor 15 minutes before your tour begins to meet your guide and group. You'll receive warm overalls, gloves, goggles, and all necessary safety equipment. Your guide will explain how to use the equipment and ensure your comfort.

As this is a wildlife tour, sightings cannot be predicted or guaranteed, and no refunds are offered if puffins are not encountered; however, passengers will receive a complimentary ticket to use another day.
