What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the tour?
Iceland's weather can be unpredictable. The tour will proceed in most weather conditions, but the itinerary might be adjusted for safety reasons. If the weather is severe and the tour must be canceled, we will do our best to reschedule or provide a refund.
Are meals provided during the tour?
Meals are not included in the tour price. However, there will be opportunities to purchase food and drinks at stops along the way. We recommend bringing snacks and water, especially for longer tours.
What is the tour cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy allows for a full refund if the tour is canceled at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, we may not be able to provide a refund.
